Hello People, This sandwich for me dates back to when I was in Nursery School, my Mum loved to make it for us, most times as breakfast or snack to school. We used to enjoy it with hot chocolate or a cup of cold ribena (good old days). It can be served as a finger food during parties. I call it simple, cos all the ingredients needed are most times, if not always available in your kitchen and it takes less than 15 minutes to prepare. So here goes it: My simple sandwich & a cup of hot chocolate Ingredients: For Sandwich: Sliced Bread 1/2 Tin of Corned Beef (alternatively, a tin of sardine) 30g of butter 1Tin of evaporated milk Tools: Chopping Board Bread Knife Direction: 1. Mix the corned beef, milk and butter together to make a smooth paste 2. Rub in the paste on one side of each bread slice, stick 2slices together. 3.
